Der erste link von dir geht auf eine private Homepage mit einer Abschrift eines Artikels aus der Giessener Allgemeinen. Dieses Blättchen ist, sagen wir mal, nicht gerade in der linken politischen Ecke zu finden...
Der zweite bezieht sich auf ein Politikforum mit nicht angegebenem Quellennachweis für einen ähnlichen Artikel dieser Art.
Der dritte ist von der Zentralstelle für Arbeitsvermittlung der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit und beschreibt nur ganz allgemein und ziemlich schwammig u.a. die Aufgaben der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung für Ausländer. Über die Handhabe von Mitversicherten, die noch im Ausland leben, steht hier nichts näheres.
Und bei keinem der drei Artikel wurden deine 30% erwähnt, zumindest habe ich sie nicht finden können. Wo hast du die denn her?

Schon besser... aber von deinen 30% steht da auch nichts.
Ich denke, das wird so zu unübersichtlich hier. Such am besten erstmal deine Recherchen... insbesondere die mit den 30%... und stell sie dann gesammelt hier rein...
