Kannst du aufgrund dessen nicht den Nachtdienst abblasen - schließlich seid ihr da ja nur zu zweit und wenn du die Arbeit dann da allein machst - also Leute umdrehen etc geht das ganz gut auf den Rücken. Tagsüber ist das ja wohl ein bisgen anders, oder?

Fee bei Rückenproblemen muss wohl ein Muskelaufbau-Training her.
Ansonsten versuchs mal mit Eutonie. Hat eine Kollegin mit Rückenproblemen gemacht und war davon sehr begeistert.

Iris ja nimmt sie, weil man eine angebrochene Antibiotikum-"Therapie" nicht vorzeitig beenden sollte.
Zur "Neutralisierung" hat sie aber etwas von unserem Heilpraktiker bekommen.
