Ach so sorry.. in diesem Ordner gehts ja um ICSI....
Also hatching bringt bei ICSI ja nur insofern Begünstigung, dass sich die Eizellen besser einnisten.
Da gibts sehr unterschiedliche Meinungen zu. Ich weiss auch nicht, ob jede Praxis das macht, bei uns ist das nicht so. Wie siehts in Österreich aus?
Also hatching bringt bei ICSI ja nur insofern Begünstigung, dass sich die Eizellen besser einnisten.
Da gibts sehr unterschiedliche Meinungen zu. Ich weiss auch nicht, ob jede Praxis das macht, bei uns ist das nicht so. Wie siehts in Österreich aus?

Ich mach IVF! Meine Praxis macht es normal auch nicht, aber ich hab mal nachgefragt und die Möglichkeit bestünde wenn ich möchte. Hatte bisher noch keine Einnistung.

Also 1. Versuch Transvfr von 2 E.
2. Versuch Transfer von 1 E.
3. Versuch Transfer von 3 E.
Einnistung hat keine statt gefunden. Allerdings wird bei uns kein Bluttest gemacht sondern Urintest. Beim 2. Versuch bin ich 1 Woche nach neg. im Kh zur Nachbesprechung gewesen und da hat Doc am US in der Gebärmutter ein Bläschen gesehen. Von der Größe her hätte es eine zeitgerecht entwickelte Fruchthöhle gewesen sein. Test war aber trotzdem neg. Er hat damals vermutet, dass sich vielleicht doch kurzfristig was eingenistet hat. Mens kam beim den ersten 2 Versuchen auch immer erst 4 Tage nach dem Test der 14 Tage nach Transfer gemacht wird. Beim letzten Mal bekam ich schon am 11. Tag nach Transfer die Blutung.
Ich hoffe du kannst damit etwas anfangen

kann ich.... aber wie war denn die Befruchtungsrate?
Von 2 Eizellen 1 befruchtet ist schon anders als von 10 eizellen eine befruchtet.
bei letzterem könnte hatching schon zusätzlich noch was bringen.
Hattet ihr schon eine Immu-Untersuchung?

1.V. 10 EZ - 5 doppelt befr. - 5 normal - 2 für Transfer
2.V. 4 EZ - 3 befr. - 2 Entw. stehen geblieben - 1 (lt. Doc wunderschöne) f. Transf
3.V. 6 EZ - 5 befr. - 2 Entw. stehen gebleiben - 3 transf.
Transfer erfolgte immer 2 Tage nach PU. Immu haben wir keine gemacht ist in Ö. eigentlich noch nicht üblich.

hmmm sieht eingentlich doch ganz gut aus...
scheinbar ist bei uns immu eher üblich als Hatching, bei euch wohl umgekehrt...
wir haben gerade eine Immu hinter uns nach dem dritten erfolglosen ICSI.
Über hatching weiss ich noch zu wenig, aber ich kann mich mal umhören...

Hallöchen seid ihr schon alle im WE? Oder geh ich euch schon auf die Nerven mit meinen täglichen Untersuchungsergebnissen??
Auch egal ich "belästige" euch trotzdem weiter damit!
Also die unendliche Geschichte geht weiter! Hormone sind gestiegen, aber noch nicht so hoch wie sie sein könnten/sollten. Heute noch Stimu weiter, morgen Blutabnahme usw. Kennen wir ja schon. Zieht sich ja wie Kaugummi.
